Founder & Principal Director
With over 35 years of industry experience, Roop provides the technical foundation for KCDL Construction Group. An Engineer by trade with a background in international infrastructure and large-scale building construction, he applies a level of structural rigor to residential projects that exceeds standard contracting practices.

Co-owner & Project Director
A University of Waterloo Engineering graduate, Mannat leads the operational execution and modern technical integration at KCDL. With 11 years of industry exposure, he specializes in translating complex structural requirements into high-precision on-site production.

Working alongside the Founder, Mannat serves as the firm’s primary field lead. He manages the day-to-day enforcement of KCDL’s engineering benchmarks, ensuring every project exceeds the technical and regulatory demands of the Greater Toronto Area.
